Purpose:
To lead Christians to a closer walk with Jesus Christ, to evangelize the lost, and to praise the wonderful name of Jesus through the use of Psalms, hymns and spiritual songs.


We offer many opportunities for service through our music ministry and regardless of your ability there is a place for you.

CONGREGATION
This is our church’s largest, and in many churches the most overlooked, choir. We have a singing church and corporate praise is one of our most cherished times. Our congregation has the wonderful spirit of accepting all types of musical offerings which comes from a rich legacy of musical styles.

FIRST PRAISE CHOIR This choir is what most churches refer to as the Adult Choir. We consist of college age and older adults who meet on Wednesdays at 7:00 pm and prepare to lead in the Sunday morning worship service. Our choir has performed music from every genre including spiritual, gospel, contemporary and classical with instrumental accompaniment including organ, piano, synthesizer, drums, bass guitar, guitar and occasionally brass and woodwinds. First Praise has performed dramas and musicals including "The Promise", a dramatic presentation involving some of the principle actors from the Branson, Missouri, theatrical performance.

CELEBRATION SINGERS CHOIR This group consists of 7th through 12th grade students. We meet on Sunday afternoon from 4:30 – 5:30 and prepare songs to be sung in our early (8:30 am) Sunday service. The choir sings a variety of songs including contemporary, gospel, and classical. The Celebration Singers have toured many states across America including Maine, New York, California, Washington, Florida, Hawaii, and Alaska. Our touring performance is a highly choreographed presentation that typically includes patriotic music as our tour dates often coincide with July 4. We rehearse in the choir loft.

	CHILDREN’S CHOIR Our church is blessed with absolutely the best Children’s Choir Coordinator around. Toni House has led in this capacity since 1997 and has a love for children’s music that is unparalleled. She has the finest staff working with her…people who love the Lord, love children, and love introducing the children to the joys of praise and worship. We have a children’s choir ministry that involves ages 4 through 6th grade.
